Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest coordination, and breakdown
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory during high-energy weekend events
- Adapt quickly to changing scenarios while maintaining brand standards
- Document post-event feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures during crowded gatherings
Qualifications
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays 8am-10pm)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Valid NC driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- Positive attitude under pressure with multitasking aptitude
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or event work preferred
