Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and registration processes efficiently
- Distribute promotional materials and event information to attendees
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event venues
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to execute seamless event operations
- Report operational issues and inventory needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Reliable transportation to various Indianapolis event locations
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Must pass basic background check
