Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, stages, and seating areas
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer attendee inquiries
- Monitor event spaces for safety compliance and resolve minor issues
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event timelines smoothly
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply management
- Support post-event cleanup and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various event locations
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to pass basic background check
