Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in with professionalism
- Assist with venue setup, including seating, signage, and décor installation
- Provide exceptional customer service at information booths and activity stations
- Monitor crowd flow and assist with safety protocols during peak hours
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event transitions
- Handle cashless payment processing for merchandise and concessions
- Prepare post-event reports and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8-hour shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Reliable transportation to multiple Austin venues
- Basic tech proficiency (POS systems, mobile apps)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- Must pass background check (required for venue access)
- 18+ years of age (alcohol events require TABC certification)
