Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest experiences during weekend night operations
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions with 100% accuracy
- Monitor venue security protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain impeccable venue cleanliness and safety standards
- Process high-volume transactions during peak weekend hours
- Train new staff on night shift protocols and service standards
Qualifications
- Available exclusively for weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday 10PM-6AM)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or nightlife experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- TAMRSA or SERVsafe certification preferred
- Proficiency in high-pressure transaction environments
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent lifting (25lbs)
- Background check and drug screening required
