Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and provide exceptional customer service at event checkpoints
- Operate ticket scanning systems and enforce venue policies
- Assist with crowd control and emergency response protocols

- Participate in pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings

Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (flexible hours 8am-10pm)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions

- Must pass basic background screening
