Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, stages, and vendor booths
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket scanning, and attendee flow control
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Execute vendor coordination and supply management during events
- Monitor event spaces for safety and operational compliance
- Assist with promotional activities and brand ambassador duties
- Complete post-event cleanup and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather conditions
