Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and ensure smooth venue entry/exit procedures
- Assist with ticket scanning, credential verification, and attendee support
- Monitor crowd behavior and enforce safety protocols as directed
- Distribute promotional materials and provide event information to guests
- Collaborate with security and venue teams to resolve issues promptly
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and common areas
- Participate in pre-event setup and post-event breakdown activities
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Basic customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Georgia
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Must pass mandatory background screening
- 18+ years of age with valid photo ID
