Responsibilities

- Maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive event delivery

Qualifications
- Must have unrestricted weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Basic tech proficiency (smartphones, tablets, simple AV)
- Positive attitude under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Charlotte
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
