Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at premier NYC events (concerts, sports, festivals)
- Manage attendee check-ins and VIP credential verification
- Assist with venue setup, crowd control, and emergency protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise/concessions
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to NYC event locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25lbs
- Previous hospitality/event experience preferred but not required
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
