Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at event entrances, information booths, and activity stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and equipment management for various event types
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with attendees enthusiastically
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales when required
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Basic cash handling experience preferred but not mandatory

- Memphis local with knowledge of city landmarks preferred
- Valid Tennessee ID required for event access
