Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at event entrances, ticket booths, and guest assistance stations
- Manage crowd control and ensure smooth guest flow during peak hours
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and concessions sales
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to maintain event safety standards
- Complete accurate shift reports and inventory counts
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Basic cash handling or POS experience preferred
