Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues efficiently
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistics
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols
- Support VIP areas and special guest management
- Report operational issues to event leads
Qualifications
- Must be available Friday-Sunday shifts
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (provided if needed)
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Must pass background check
