Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, signage, and vendor stations
- Manage attendee registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist vendors with logistics and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Collect and reconcile cash transactions using POS systems
- Collaborate with team leads to execute flawless event experiences
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple Tucson venues
