Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Distribute event materials and directional guidance to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure compliance with venue safety protocols
- Operate basic AV equipment for stage setups and presentations
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply inventory management
- Document incident reports and communicate with lead coordinators
- Maintain clean event spaces and recycling stations throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Valid government-issued photo ID for credential verification
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours with scheduled breaks
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Reliable transportation to various D.C. locations
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-in systems
- Positive attitude under pressure and in crowded environments
