Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, operations, and breakdown according to venue protocols
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and information services
- Manage crowd flow and ensure safety compliance during peak hours
- Process cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues
- Document daily activities and inventory counts
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
