Responsibilities
- Set up/break down event venues per safety protocols
- Manage guest registration & check-in procedures
- Distribute promotional materials & information packets
- Monitor crowd flow & assist with guest inquiries
- Collaborate with team leads during peak hours
- Report venue maintenance or safety concerns
- Complete end-of-shift inventory reports
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Reliable transportation to DC venues
- Basic customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Positive attitude in fast-paced environments
- Must pass basic background check
- 18+ years old with valid ID
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
