Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a premium, welcoming attitude and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the processing of sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to ensure a premium, organized shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and organize inventory to ensure product availability and freshness.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekdays.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York location.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
