Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless workflow.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 associates, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute restocking protocols to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Enforce strict safety and compliance standards across the facility.
- Collaborate with management to optimize weekend schedules and operational procedures.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews with the weekend team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, logistics, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
