- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with floor staff to maximize sales and store efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computers or tablets.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
