Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory and stockroom organization to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and adhere to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in training new staff members on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
