Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing stock.
- Ensure the facility meets all safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring new hires on weekend shifts.
- Process orders and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Sacramento location.
- Previous experience in logistics or retail is a plus.
