Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure high service levels.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and participating in cycle counts.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company specifications before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for reading labels and communicating with team members.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
