Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail teams to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Execute inventory management and merchandising plans
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge and customer service protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues in real-time
- Monitor store compliance with safety and security policies
- Prepare end-of-day reports and sales analytics
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality supervision experience
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-traffic periods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in retail management software (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
