Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during the weekend shift to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Manage and verify inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and proper organization.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Train and mentor new hires, providing clear instructions on operational procedures and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with the weekday shift team to ensure seamless handovers and communication.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and adherence to shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work full-time hours exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
