Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of freight using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Inspect goods for damage during transit and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
