Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management during the weekend shift.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 associates, ensuring productivity targets are met and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Manage stock levels, coordinate with procurement teams, and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Train new hires on operational procedures and safety equipment usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate heavy machinery (Forklift certification preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
