Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, inventory checks, and order fulfillment during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Mentor and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in resolving discrepancies to maximize efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with the weekday management team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; no prior logistics experience needed.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shifts).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
