Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse and logistics staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues with a focus on satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate end-of-shift reports and performance metrics.
- Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that motivates team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or operational leadership role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
