Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency during weekend hours.
- Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 employees, conducting performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for timely delivery.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Prepare weekly reports and analyze performance metrics to drive improvement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or operations role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
