Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise and inventory with accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean, and hazard-free.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and process returns accurately.
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
