Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Accurately document patient observations and care in electronic health records
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to develop care plans
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond to patient call bells and address immediate needs
- Participate in weekend shift handovers and team huddles
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Valid CPR certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
