Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication assistance
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support for elderly patients
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary weekend medical teams
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards

Qualifications
- Current Michigan CNA certification or equivalent healthcare credential
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in home care or facility settings
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency with EMR systems and mobile health technology
