Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to patients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification (provided if needed)
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (if transportation required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
