Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitoring during weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and emergency services
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
- Assist with patient admissions and discharges
- Support family communication and education
Qualifications
- Current Florida CNA or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
