Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
- Assist with patient assessments and documentation in EHR systems
- Coordinate weekend on-call rotations and emergency response protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Support weekend lab procedures and specimen processing
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Texas (required)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience (preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain)
- Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
