Responsibilities

- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our proprietary hospitality software
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event operations and guest experiences
- Maintain pristine venue standards through regular cleanliness audits and proactive maintenance
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with 100% accuracy
- Support weekend event setups and tear-downs as required by the event calendar
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and digital reservation platforms
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and resilience in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid Virginia driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
- Must pass standard background check and drug screening
