Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resort guests during weekend operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain pristine facility standards including pool areas, lobbies, and common spaces
- Coordinate with on-site teams to resolve guest issues promptly
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations accurately
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest activity coordination
- Complete detailed shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays
