- Manage venue operations during peak weekend hours (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and seamless transitions
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and VIP concierge services
- Maintain pristine venue standards and safety protocols

- Resolve guest issues with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (9 AM - 9 PM)
