Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests across dining and event spaces
- Manage weekend reservation systems and coordinate seating logistics
- Prepare and serve weekend brunch/lunch menus with attention to detail
- Handle weekend cash operations and POS transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards during all shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 10am-6pm)
- Basic food handling certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Proficient with POS systems and reservation software
- Valid food handler permit (or willingness to obtain)
