Responsibilities
- Lead weekend staff teams during peak service hours (Friday-Sunday)
- Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain operational standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor inventory and supply chain management for weekend operations
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with weekday management for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and some holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday oversight
- Basic inventory management and POS system knowledge
- Valid California Food Handler certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Flexibility to cover last-minute shift changes if needed
