Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at resort amenities and check-in areas
- Process reservations and manage front desk operations efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces
- Assist with special events and weekend activities
- Complete daily reporting and inventory tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends with flexible scheduling
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
