Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all resort touchpoints
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using resort systems
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Support resort events and weekend activities
- Complete daily reporting and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Must be available to work both weekend days (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Valid driver's license (preferred for property shuttles)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
