Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out, valet, and concierge stations
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and special requests
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and presentation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8AM-4PM or 4PM-12PM shifts)
- Basic computer proficiency and reservation system knowledge
- Valid driver's license for valet operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
