Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests across our premium venues
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements during peak Saturday/Sunday brunch/lunch rushes
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols in all guest interaction areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solution-oriented approach
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Available to work both Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling needs
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and payment processing
- Reliable transportation to our Oklahoma City locations
- Must pass background check and obtain food handler certification (provided)
