Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-ins, concierge assistance, and activity coordination
- Manage premium amenities including poolside service and rooftop lounge operations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and maintain impeccable facility standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Execute upselling strategies for premium packages and local experiences
- Maintain detailed documentation of guest preferences and special requests
- Participate in weekend inventory management and quality assurance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability exclusively Saturday-Sunday (no weekday commitments required)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera/PMS a plus)
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts across weekend days
