Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/outs and concierge services
- Coordinate with vendors for weekend event setups and special requests
- Maintain property standards through weekend inspections and maintenance coordination
- Process payments and manage weekend cash flow reconciliation
- Train weekend staff on property-specific protocols
- Resolve guest issues promptly with solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Proficiency in hospitality software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Knowledge of DC landmarks and attractions
