Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend hours.
- Monitor server infrastructure and network uptime to ensure zero downtime for critical services.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Perform routine system patching, updates, and security audits to maintain system integrity.
- Collaborate with the week-day engineering team via remote channels to ensure seamless continuity.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system.
- Assist with physical inventory management and equipment setup for weekend events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
