Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily receiving, processing, and shipping of inventory in the warehouse.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Operate heavy machinery and forklifts safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping routes and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
