Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, seal, and label merchandise for domestic and international shipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against work orders to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
